The superior twin room was comfy, and we loved the staff who were fabulous from the door to every level. It was in a quiet corner but just a stone's throw from oxford and regent streets. All the theatre action. We'll definitely be back soon!

I like the space and light of modern hotels and from the outside the Langham looks very grand and many 'grand' looking hotels turn out to be dark and old fashioned. However inside it is just beautiful - not too modern to spoil the atmosphere but not too much in the dark ages either. We stayed in a standard room which cost £211 for the night, not including breakfast. I suspected this room may be a bit small but it was lovely - separate dressing area and 3 windows in the room. Enormous bed which was very comfy and good sized bathroom. The location was perfect for us. In the afternoon we walked up to Regents Park, which was beautiful on a lovely sunny afternoon and in the evening we were 5 mins walk away from the London Palladium where we had tickets to see the Wizard of Oz. Loads of places to eat and drink. We even walked from Euston railway station to the hotel, which only took 20 mins, instead of taking the tub - much more pleasant.
One word of warning - don't go near the mini-bar - very expensive. Have a cup of tea or coffee instead which is free! Or take your own wine and water - which we did!

The hotel is beautiful in a very good location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice. It's nice to have a drink in the Artisian bar and the afternoon tea is superb !
Breakfast is a bit poor for this sort of hotel.

Everything was very good, met requirements, and the staff were best people from the housekeepers. Loved staying at the superior double room. It had very central location close to West End. It had a tapas restaurant. The full English breakfast was the reason I will come back.

Great location, fantastic staff, very helpful and caring. We had a standard double room but it was simply marvellous! I travel a lot but this was the first time when I felt like at home: bookshelf with albums, beautiful lamps, cosy armchair. Fantastic experience! Definitely we will come back!
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The Superior Twin Room features a modern design with plush furnishings and a well-stocked minibar. Located in a bustling area, the hotel offers streamlined access to various attractions and stops. Clear wifi coverage throughout the building.
On arrival, my fellow guest and I faced a tough situation with limited dining options, as all restaurants were fully booked, forcing us into a cramped lunch table for £200. The room's AC was noisy and made the atmosphere uncomfortable, while the soft bed didn't provide the necessary support for a restful night. The unexpected extra service charges added to the final bill without much prior warning.

High-Quality Room Amenities, Exclusive Club Lounge, Historical Hotel Experience
The confusing layout with too many twists and turns made finding my room an ordeal!!! The pool area desperately needs a makeover to match the hotel's supposed luxury standards!!!

Fantastic location, good sized room and well appointed, blissful bed and generally very attentive staff.
The service in the Bar on both occasions we used it was somewhat slow.
